I ordered the Volcano Rice and it is delish, so good I went back 3 times in one week for it. Would definitely recommend that. I keep saying gonna try something else but havent been able to kove off the rice.

Another hit! Got the lunch special again ($13.50 for 3 rolls now), and the fish to rice ratio is as good as before. Love that when I add avocado, they don't seem to shrink the amount of fish like many other places do. Tastes amazing. Hope the quality remains the same forever!

The only thing negative that I can say about this place is that I wish they would deliver to East Brunswick lol! There are many Japanese options in the area, but unfortunately, the quality of most of them has declined. So, I had to veer away from my regular disappointments and travel a bit to try something different out... and I'm glad that I did. Ordering online was easy... you can schedule pickup which I like. Small place, but it was lively on a Friday evening. Food was waiting for me when I arrived. But, most importantly... everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful.. not much filler in my rolls which I see happening a lot lately. I haven't been ordering out a lot lately, but when I do get a hankering, this will be a repeat choice!

Great food and great service! I love this place. Usually food is enough to keep me coming back. But the staff there is so friendly and just really nice! We've ordered both sushi and hibachi and it's top quality. Best one in the area!

First time here in over two years (we don't live as nearby a we used to). For some reason I thought they were no longer serving sushi but either I was wrong or they have started again. My husband and I had a nice dinner here. We shared the 6 roll platter which is an excellent value! The sushi tasted fresh and delicious. The service is polite and professional. Anything you ask for, the response is always "no problem". (Something I believe I mentioned in a previous review and I was pleased to see it hadn't changed! There was soft music which was pleasant. Even though there was a large family with kids we weren't disturbed and had a nice relaxing meal.

Was really surprised by the quality of food here. It seems pretty average when you first walk in- just like any other casual restaurant in a strip mall. The food is a lot better than I anticipated, though. We got a little bit of everything- sushi pizza, dumplings, scallop roll, avocado roll, chicken hibachi, green curry. All of it was really good. Only comment is that the green curry portion is massive but only comes with a tiny cup of rice. The service was a little slow but it was pretty busy in the restaurant and they clearly had a lot of takeout orders so it's excusable. Considering the quality of the food, the price, and the portions, I think this place is a great local spot. Really didn't expect to find such good sushi in the middle of New Jersey.
